I'm passionate about helping you achieve exponential growth and discovering your unique leadership style. Enabling you to make a positive impact in your organisation, team, family, social circles, the community and the world we share. Having spent 22 years navigating the corporate world and 6 years as a business owner, I understand the demands on modern day leaders and the internal battle between listening to your inner voice and the ever increasing noise of the outside world.
I have seen first hand the positive results of self aware intuitive leadership and the unfavorable outcomes and effects on team performance of ego driven unaware managers. These experiences lead me to delve into success principles, leadership studies, philosophy, science and spiritual teachings in search of ways to be a better leader myself and I am looking forward to sharing what I found with you.
My work revolves around being the Founder of Blue Chip Minds and the host of the Ellis in Wunderland podcast, along with designing and delivering personal and professional development programs for organisations such as ANZ, Standard Chartered Bank, Linfox, BMW and The University of Melbourne. I often have the honor of presenting at leadership summits and enjoy designing and working with organisational leaders helping them bring their vision to life through the use of workplace education.
Leading can be a challenge, having lead teams as small as 3 and to over 300 I have certainly made mistakes and experienced the joys and frustrations of leadership. Most people are impressed by credentials and experience and I want you to know that your passion, grit, honesty, curiosity, risk taking and willingness to grow will be what inspires and impresses me the most.
